Nudges collects the minimum information necessary to provide our service. This includes your email address, display name, profile photo (optional), and country. We also store the content you create within the app: nudges, status updates, shared photos, and daily question answers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to power the Nudges experience for you and your partner. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data. We do not serve ads. Your photos, messages, and answers are only visible to you and your connected partner.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage. All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. We use Supabase as our backend provider, which maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. When you delete your account, all your personal data, photos, and content are permanently removed from our servers. This action is irreversible.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication & database), Expo (push notifications). These services have their own privacy policies and handle data in accordance with their respective terms.

6. Push Notifications

Nudges sends push notifications for nudges, status changes, photo uploads, and daily question answers. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Nudges is not intended for use by anyone under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email.
