Nudges is a mobile application designed to help couples stay connected. The app provides features including nudges, status sharing, a shared photo gallery, a holding hands feature, and daily questions.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use Nudges.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Nudges only for its intended purpose of connecting with your partner. You may not use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to distribute illegal, harmful, or objectionable content.

You retain ownership of all content you share through Nudges, including photos and text. By sharing content, you grant Nudges a limited license to store and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your partner.

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudges shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Nudges after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
